Community Safety Zone Policy: Council is asked to endorse the finalized Community Safety Zone Policy for formal enactment at the September 28 Council meeting.
Railway St. Rezoning: Council is asked to rezone two Railway Street parcels from Open Space and Residential One to a Residential One Exception zone with a Holding Symbol.
Eden Oak Trailshead Phase 2A — Holding Removal: Council is asked to lift the holding provision on Phase 2A, allowing building permits to proceed now that the required emergency fire-access exit over adjacent lands has been completed.
Official Plan 5-Year Review — Final Adoption: Council is asked to formally adopt the OP 5-Year Review (first passed June 23, 2025, revised per Ministry direction) and forward it to Grey County for final approval — notable: the last local step before the updated Official Plan takes legal effect.
Bill 98 Follow-up: Council will receive a follow-up report on Grey County’s comments on the provincial Bill 98 planning legislation, for information.
