Meaford Hall Ticket Surcharge (Councillor Motion – 11.2a): Deputy Mayor Keaveney is moving to remove a $3.00-per-ticket surcharge from community events at Meaford Hall effective the 2027 Fees & Charges By-law, and to direct staff to report on how much that fee has been collected — a direct affordability question for local arts and culture attendees.
Memorial Park Road Reconstruction (COM2026-12): Committee of the Whole will consider awarding a $232,657 contract to E.C. King Contracting to rebuild the Memorial Park entrance road, with $45,157 drawn from the Memorial Park Reserve Fund.

Christmas on the Bay Licensing (COM2026-11): Council will authorize a Special Event Licensing Agreement for the Christmas on the Bay community event.
